I'm Hamid Babapoor — a licensed builder and civil engineer with 18 years of hands-on site leadership across Sydney's most demanding residential projects. Since 2019 I have been the sole site manager at Turyn Pty Ltd, personally supervising every project from contract award to final handover and defect rectification.
My background is unusual: I came up through civil engineering before moving into residential construction management, which means I read a site differently to most supervisors. I understand the structure before the finishes, the program before the subcontractor, the contract before the variation.
I work hands-on. The quality you see in Turyn's portfolio — the joinery tolerances, the wet-area detailing, the finish consistency — comes from someone who is on site every day.
